About Design/Build
Design/Build combines design, product selection, management and construction into one process. At Peregrine our work includes a full design with multiple design options and changes available using 3-D color renderings and blueprints. We help you with product selection and interior finishes. You will have construction ready prints, project specifications, products, a licensed professional crew and sub-contactors, a work schedule and installation timeline backed by our warranty program all at a fixed cost price to fit your budget.

Our design process includes working with an experienced designer, interior
designer and draftsperson who help make our home renovations stand out.
Details.
When the construction is completed, our Project Manager and the Design Team
walk through the project with you to ensure all the details are finalized. At this
time, you will receive a Certificate of Completion. We take our schedules and
finished product seriously and make sure the details are just right.

to ensure the project is up to Peregrine standards and your expectations. We
