Peregrine is led by owner, Tim Frost, along with Architectural Designer, Cliff Deetjen and Project Manager, Rick Vaillancourt. Tim received a Bachelor of Science degree in Small Business Management and Natural Resources from the University of Vermont. He has been working in the homebuilding industry as the owner of Peregrine Design/Build for over twenty years. Tim is the current Vice President of the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Vermont and the Chair of their new state sponsored “Green Council.” He was the past Chair of the Remodeling Council and a current member of Remodelers’ Advantage Association Round Table (RAR). He is also a member of the National Peer Review Organization for RAR. This organization draws the top remodeling companies from around the country together to discuss their best practices. Tim truly enjoys building lasting relationships and working on a personal level with his team of employees and clients. |

 | Cliff Deetjen
Design and Sales, CGR
Cliff received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart College and a Masters degree in Architecture from the University of Maryland. He is an active member of the Remodeler’s Council and the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Vermont. He received his Certified Graduate Remodeler designation from the National Association of Home Builders in 2004. Cliff has also served on the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together, a local non-profit organization aiming to rebuild and enhance the condition of homes of people in need. Cliff has over nineteen years of experience in managing and designing a variety of residential and commercial projects. He enjoys listening to our clients’ needs and guiding them through functional planning issues and into the more detailed design decision phases. Cliff’s work and his own home have been in numerous publications, including Better Homes and Garden Magazine. |
 | Jeff Jewett Design and Sales
Jeff has over twenty-eight years of experience in the construction industry. He has been remodeling and building homes for Peregrine for over ten years. Jeff is an essential member of the design team and he completed the Home Design Course at Yestermorrow Design/Build School to add to his already expansive knowledge of the field. He has a way of knowing what our clients’ goals are and making them a reality. Whether it is custom making stone knobs for a client or discussing good value building practices, Jeff always goes above and beyond for the clients with whom he works. |

Brenda Eaton is a graduate of the University of Hartford with a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. She has been professionally designing homes for Peregrine Design/Build since she graduated in 2005. Brenda organizes our construction documents sets and her strong eye for detail is evident in all of her well crafted working drawings. Brenda is a hardworking caring person who plays a key role on the design team. |

Estimator / Sales Assistant
Travis received an Associates Degree in Small Business Management and Technology from Vermont Technical College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Johnson State College. He has been working in the building industry for eight years, including delivering and selling building materials and as an assistant manager of a hardware store. Travis is hard working and friendly. He is continually available to the design team, the construction teams and the subcontractors, ensuring that projects are followed through just as planned. Travis is an active volunteer with the Winooski Fire Department as a Firefighter/Engineer. |

Rick received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Johnson State College. Rick is an experienced carpenter and project manager and has worked in the industry for over twenty-two years. Rick prides himself on ensuring that there is a seamless transition between the design and building stages and he believes that open communication with our clients is paramount. One of the homes that Rick built is featured on the cover of the American Institute of Architects, a renowned book. Rick’s experience and dedication to every project does not go unnoticed. He goes the extra mile for our clients and they build lasting relationships with him. |

Jaret has been with Peregrine Design/Build for three years. He has eighteen years of construction experience. As a lead carpenter, Jaret oversees his team from start to finish of each project. He manages the quality of construction, while making sure the materials are ordered on time and meet the necessary specifications. He meets with the clients regularly to keep them updated and comfortable with the job process. His goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients. |

Matt is also in charge of Peregrine’s safety program and ensures that the construction teams and their sites are safe for everyone involved. |

Joanne has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and has over twenty years of marketing experience. She was the Executive Director for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Vermont for many years and has written three non-fiction books. Joanne’s passion for home design led her to a marketing and design position at Peregrine. Joanne’s own home has been featured in Better Homes and Garden Magazine, Good Housekeeping and on the cable show, New England Dream Home. Joanne continues to write and has a “Green” column in a New York magazine and writes numerous freelance articles for local and national publications. She enjoys marketing for the company and the ability to use her own experience to work with clients who are delighted with her design and finish selection ideas. |

Mary has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Syracuse University. She has many years of experience in accounting/analysis, from such diverse sectors as electric utilities, IBM and non-profit housing. Mary’s terrific business management skills are continually balanced between office and field operations. Mary has a great energy and passion for her work. She is thorough and dedicated in everything she does. |
